I use mek for gluing abs, it will bond the pieces perfectly, just like pvc glue does to pvc.

Thanks for that, the scoring idea, yes, that's for me. Making copper window cap flashing, so it will be hidden by the siding, but needs to be sharp.

Ahhh, you're using CorelDraw!! Nice! We sometimes use DeltaCAD as well.

The first one is the best technique for people who don't have a proper place or tools to work with...like me. But, after creating a good path for the blade, you can't take the ruler and the clamps alway and continue cutting until the piece brakes apart on its on.

I need to cut small hole of various geometric shaped into a thin acrylic sheet. The holes are meant to be place holders for various types of dice. Dont think any of these methods will work

I usually just deliver this stuff, I never work with it that often, but today I'm trying to make a custom piece for a barbecue with very minimum tools. I want to bend approximately a quarter of an inch around the sides of the sheet metal to make a lip. This video gave me some better thought for process wish me luck.

I just don’t see how conclusions can be made without full cure. My job uses urethane products and with those my testing showed that adhesion tests simply don’t work until “full cure” is attained. Maybe these products differ?

I just thought of something. Couldn’t you mix the liquids in bulk, then separate the mixture into tiny batches and then add the right amount of lime into each batch?

Using a coping saw look much easier to me 😅

Really helpful. I was thinking about using two pieces of acrylic bonded together rather than buying a thicker sheet, but after this video, it seems best to just bite the bullet.
